Pankaj K

Pankaj K has a diverse work experience in various roles related to Salesforce and CRM. Pankaj started their career in 2006 as a Technology Analyst at Cognizant, where they gained experience in Siebel ePharma application support and administration. After that, they worked at Infosys Limited as a Technology Specialist on Siebel development before moving to Fujitsu as a CRM Consultant, where they were responsible for CRM Sales application support and deployment. Pankaj then joined L&T Infotech as a Project Lead, where they worked on CRM projects until 2019. Pankaj then joined Gauri Ltd. as a Senior Salesforce Consultant, handling project management and consultation. In 2020, they joined Mindtree as a Salesforce Technical Project Manager, leading the design and implementation of solutions based on business requirements. Pankaj had a short stint at InspireXT as a Senior Salesforce Manager, but had to leave due to medical issues at home. Pankaj then joined Salesforce as an Engagement Delivery Manager, focusing on project planning, resource management, and ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery. Currently, they are working at Jade Global as a Principal Solution Architect - Salesforce, where they are responsible for managing multiple Salesforce project deliveries and collaborating with the COE team for estimation and innovation.

Pankaj K completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNEC between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Certificate (HSC) in Maths from Deogiri College Aurangabad in 2002. Additionally, Pankaj K completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from A.K. Waghmare Highschool between 1999 and 2000. Pankaj has also obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Associate, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, and various Salesforce certifications such as Certified Scrum Master and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
