Shalini Bhojwani

As the AVP for HR & Talent Acquisition at Jade, Shalini heads the people and talent acquisition function for North America. She is one of the primary players committed to fostering a culture that emphasizes inclusiveness, community, collaboration, and innovation at Jade.

Shalini is a PHR and sHRBP certified HR professional and brings 20+ years of transformational HR and Talent management experience in fast-paced IT & hi-tech early-stage startups and global companies. She is a strategic thought leader and specializes in building and scaling high-performing teams, innovative recruiting strategies, employee relations, DE&I, process improvement, and employee retention initiatives.

Shalini holds a master's degree in human resource management and a bachelor's degree in information technology.
