Charlotte Walshe

Charlotte Walshe serves as the Advisory Board Chair at Information Leadership since January 2024, contributing to governance initiatives for a New Zealand tech company. Additionally, Walshe is a Future Director at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, participating in a program focused on enhancing healthcare outcomes globally. As a Trustee on the Board of Tait Contel Trust, Walshe represents the majority shareholder in Tait International, a notable player in mission-critical communications. In leadership roles, Walshe is currently the Board Chair for Te Whai Ao - Dodd-Walls Centre for Photonic and Quantum Technologies and has previously held positions as CEO of both Jade Software Corporation and Dynamic Controls. Walshe's educational background includes multiple governance-related courses from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and a Master’s degree in Physics and Maths from the University of Canterbury.
