Job Overview:
The Senior Social Media & PR Executive will focus on growing influencer partnerships and maintaining day-to-day influencer/manage relations to generate earned media + impressions for the Jaded brand.
Responsibilities and Duties:
PR:
- Reach out and communicate daily with influencers, stylists, and PR contacts.
- Bring in a network of contacts to increase exposure of the brand
- Coordinating with PR Agency/Contact where required
- With the support of Social Media & PR Assistant, responding daily to all comments on posts and answering DMs.
- Manage pr/influencer events + showrooms, from booking through to execution (hosting/networking)
- Copywriting / Press Release creation
- Lookbook creation
- Manage production of PR + gifting events, including Guest list
- Manage Press email inbox and comms
- Creation of pitch decks to send out to editors / magazines on Canva
Gifting/Influencer Outreach:
- Coordinate and organise influencer gifting – negotiating and planning in line with product launches. Organise the packaging including gift wrap, case-packing and stickering. Ensure all samples leave the building in the correct packaging
- Manage all gifting (paid/unpaid) across TikTok, making sure we are in line with budget and acting as first point of contact to agents & managers
- Manage all gifting across Instagram (paid/unpaid), making sure we are in line with budget and acting as first point of contact to agents & managers.
- Correctly using gifting system and ensuring compliance by other team members.
- Managing legal contracts between the brand and talent.
Administration/General:
- Approving all invoices for influencer outreach/pr and sending these to Accounts.
- Completing/approving contracts and sending them out to agents/managers.
- Ensuring influencers post on time as agreed within contract, and provide high quality imagery and content, chasing agents/managers where required.
- General tasks for the team as reasonably required during busy periods (e.g. for events and pop-ups).
- Project Management, e.g. support the launch of new gifting tech system in partnership with Head of E-Commerce, training others where required.
- Monthly reporting using analytics tools and presenting in trade meetings
- Delegation of tasks amongst social & pr team members
- Ensuring all gifting/influencer outreach is running smoothly, delegating/stepping in where necessary.
- Issuing follow-up actions out to the team following team meetings.
- Lead by example, setting the tone and benchmarking the standards of work and conduct expected both in the day-to-day and on location / trips
Research:
- Ensure the company stays one-step ahead of the competition by finding the hottest new talent across all social platforms, including models, props, small businesses, collabs etc.
- Pitching new ideas to the wider team on who is up and coming in relevant industries that are in line with the brand e.g. film /music /social
Stakeholder Relationships:
- Oversee gifting KPI’s and workload of Social & Influencer Outreach Assistant, setting tasks where required.
