Nicolas Fermont has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicolas started their career in 2002 as an E-business development executive at Renault SA, where they actively participated in the long-term marketing strategy for the Renault F1 Team official website. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Marketing Project Manager in the Corporate Strategy and Marketing Department at Renault SA. During this time, they were responsible for defining and implementing the annual national marketing action plan and communication strategy for after-sale services.

In 2008, they joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Territory Manager for the EAME Electric Power Division. Nicolas later worked at netinfluence as a Key Account Digital Manager from 2010 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2015, Nicolas served as the Global Head of Digital and Communications for Manufacture Roger Dubuis. Nicolas then held the position of Marketing & Communications Director for North America & Mexico from 2015 to 2018, leading communications, retail, and experiential marketing activities.

Nicolas also had a role as the Global Head of Partnerships & Sponsoring at Manufacture Roger Dubuis from 2018 to 2020. In this position, they managed key strategic Motorsport partners, defined new partnership opportunities, and delivered immersive client activations.

As of 2020, Nicolas Fermont is currently working for Jaeger-LeCoultre as the PR, Press & Events Director. Additionally, they previously served as the Strategic Transformation Project Director for the company from 2020 to 2022.

Nicolas Fermont has a diverse educational background that spans over two decades. Nicolas began their education in 1998, attending Grenoble INP - UGA, where they earned a degree in Engineering.
