Peter Painsy

International Customer Service Director at Jaeger-LeCoultre

Peter Painsy has a wealth of experience in the luxury watch industry. Peter began their career in 2000 as a Watchmaker at A. Lange & Söhne, where they worked until 2002. Peter then joined Richemont in 2007, initially as the Technical Manager for Richemont Russia/CIS before becoming the Director of Customer Service for the same region. In this role, they achieved great success in building high-spending watch collectors and developing highly skilled teams. Painsy also played a key role in the renovation and opening of several boutiques for Richemont brands. In 2013, Painsy moved to Cartier Switzerland, serving as the Customer Service, Logistics, and Security Director, responsible for a team of over 60 employees. In 2016, they joined Jaeger-LeCoultre as the International Customer Service Director, overseeing the entire customer service value chain. In this role, Painsy successfully reduced repair lead times and introduced innovative digital customer service tools.

Peter Painsy attended HÖhere technische Bundeslehranstalt Karlstein from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a Master's degree in Watchmaking and Jewelrymaking.
