Stephan Tobias Witt has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Stephan Tobias also held the role of Technical Manager and Prokurist at the same company from October 2015 to September 2016. Stephan Tobias began their academic journey at the Annaschool, an elementary school, from 1980 to 1984. Stephan Tobias then attended the David-Hansemann-Schule, a Realschule, from 1984 to 1990. Following this, they enrolled in the Commercial School I, Mies van der Rohe School, from 1990 to 1993. Continuing their academic pursuit, Witt attended the FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1998, where they earned their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau (Konstruktionstechnik). In 1998, they pursued specialized training at the Schweißtechnische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt (SLV) München, obtaining an SFI (EWE) degree as a Europäischer Schweißfachingenieur.

Witt's educational journey then brought him to RWTH Aachen University, where they completed their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau (Produktionstechnik) from 1999 to 2002. Stephan Tobias furthered their studies at RWTH Aachen University, this time pursuing their Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) from 2002 to 2007.

Expanding their knowledge in executive management, Witt engaged in an Executive MBA für Technologiemanager program jointly offered by RWTH Aachen University and Universität St.Gallen (HSG) from 2008 to 2010. Finally, in 2022 to 2023, they attended the Executive School, completing the Advanced Management Program (CAS) in an undisclosed field of study.
