Gail Dawes

Gail Dawes has extensive work experience in analytics and insights. Gail currently holds the position of Director of Analytics at Jagex starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Advisor at Capgemini from May 2022 to June 2023. Gail also worked at PlayStation as a Senior Manager Central Insights and later as Head of Insights & Analytics from January 2017 to May 2022. Before PlayStation, they served as a Data Insights Manager at Nesta from April 2015 to January 2017. Gail has also worked at Aimia Inc as an Analytics Director, where they had various roles including supporting CVS Retail Insight Store Design, managing analytics for the store testing program, and leading the delivery of space planning tools. Gail also worked as a Business Consultant at Sainsbury's and as an Analyst Team Leader and Analyst at Sainsbury's, delivering analytics to support category consultants. Prior to that, Gail worked as a Bespoke Solution Executive at Kantar Worldpanel and as a Modelling Analyst at Nielsen. Gail's work experience demonstrates their expertise in analytics and insights across multiple industries.

Gail Dawes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with Management from Imperial College London, completing their education from 1998 to 2003.
