Kelvin Plomer

Kelvin Plomer has a diverse range of work experience in the gaming industry. Kelvin started their career in 1998 as a Call Centre Manager at Pell & Bales. In 2005, they joined Jagex as the Head of Community Management, where they were responsible for community building and moderation strategies across multiple languages. Over the years, Kelvin held various roles at Jagex, including Head of RuneScape Customer Support and Director of Customer Services.
