Donna Yeaw

Donna Yeaw, PMP, serves as the Vice President of Global Customer Care at JAGGAER, a position held since June 2008, with previous roles including Sr Director and Director of Indirect Supplier Integrations. In these capacities, Donna Yeaw has focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies through effective management of supplier integration teams and client success strategies across the US and UK. Prior to JAGGAER, Donna Yeaw worked at Keane, Inc. as a Global Support and Development Manager, overseeing a large team and managing significant production support operations. Donna Yeaw holds a BSBA degree in Decision Sciences from East Carolina University, earned in 1997.
