Frank Fortuna

Frank Fortuna is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as ITSM Manager at JAGGAER since May 2022, Fortuna has successfully led the implementation of ITIL best practices, enhancing processes within the SaaS Cloud Operations organization.
