Carmen Slade

Carmen Slade is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in CRM, customer experience, and brand management. At Jaguar Land Rover, Carmen served as Marketing and Brand Director, as well as Comms, PR and CRM Manager. Prior to that, at BMW Group South Africa, Carmen held several positions, including Manager of CRM and Customer Experience, Manager of Sales Operations and Steering for MINI, and Marketing Manager for MINI. Carmen's career began at KLA - Market Research as a Project Manager. Academically, Carmen holds a B Com Honours (Cum Laude) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and a B Com in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa.
