Fiona Yong

Fiona Yong is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resource at Jaguar Land Rover since May 2015, Fiona oversees HR operations for JLR Singapore, focusing on the Asia Pacific Importers market. Prior to this role, Fiona held the position of HR Business Partner at IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group, where responsibilities included driving talent attraction strategies. Fiona's extensive tenure at Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific spanned a decade, during which Fiona advanced through multiple HR leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region. Earlier experience includes a Human Resource Executive role at ECS Computers Asia Pte Ltd, where Fiona managed the full spectrum of HR functions. Fiona holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Wolverhampton and a Diploma in Business Management (HRM) from Nanyang Polytechnic.
