Job description

As the HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources functions of our organization. You will be involved in various aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations and engagement to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, and online platforms, to identify top talent for different roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the positions.
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, contributing ideas for continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed.
