Dr Mohammed Waheed Sultan

Dr. (Prof.) Mohammed Waheed Sultan is a highly experienced cardiac surgeon with over 20 years of expertise, primarily in adult cardiac surgery. Currently serving as Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery (CTVS) at Jaiprakash Hospital & Research Centre, Dr. Sultan also holds the position of Professor and HOD at Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital. Dr. Sultan has previously served as Senior Consultant at multiple prestigious institutions such as Sunshine Hospitals and Fortis Healthcare, with leadership roles in heading CTVS units and departments. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (MD PhD) in Cardiovascular Surgery from the National Research Centre of Surgery, Moscow, alongside multiple degrees in General Surgery and Medicine from Dagestan State Medical Academy.
