Jacob McCaa

Jacob has worked for us since 2013. He was hired on as a Ranch Manager, then promoted to his current role two years later. Jacob earned his B.S. in Biology from California State University, Bakersfield (with minors in Chemistry and Spanish) and, later, his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College. Jacob is the Great Connector between field and office here, also helping to oversee the Human Resources and Purchasing departments, as well as our Compliance Management, Project Management, and Plant Asset Management teams. Jacob’s favorite Pretty Lady grape is our Esteem variety. What can we say? The man’s got great taste.
