Prateek Kulshrestha

Prateek Kulshrestha has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Prateek currently holds the position of Head - Talent Acquisition, C&B at Jakson Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff at Hero International from April 2022 to August 2022.

Earlier in their career, Prateek worked at Hero Motors, starting as a Senior Manager - Corporate HR from March 2018 to March 2021, and later as AGM - Corporate HR from April 2021 to March 2022. Prateek also held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Micromax Informatics Ltd from June 2013 to February 2017. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Executive - Human Resource (EBU & Managed Services) at HCL Infosystems Ltd from June 2012 to June 2013.

Their career began at Ericsson, where they served as a Team Lead from May 2010 to February 2012. Prateek's expertise lies in talent acquisition, human resources, and corporate HR management.

Prateek Kulshrestha obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Human Resources Development from JK Business School between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, Prateek attended Agra College in Agra from 2003 to 2006, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In addition, Prateek has received certifications in DISC Profiling from Thomas in 2014 and in Unleashing People Potential through Assessment Development Centre, although the year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
