Martha Mosquera

Martha Mosquera has extensive work experience in various roles. Martha started their career as a Monitor in Telematics Technology at Universidad del Cauca, where they contributed to the program's accreditation process. Martha then joined Nokia in 2017, where they worked as an RF Optimization Engineer, analyzing infrastructure and suggesting adjustments for better network performance. Martha also worked as a Key User for the Melius and IPM platforms, managing and uploading project information. In 2020, Martha joined Nokia's Enterprise team as a Cost and Progress Engineer, responsible for resource planning and developing Power BI boards. Currently, they are working as a Software QA Engineer at Jalasoft, creating test cases, reporting bugs, and verifying issues.

Martha Mosquera pursued a degree in Ingeniería en Electrónica y Telecomunicaciones at Universidad del Cauca from 2009 to 2015. In 2018, they completed a Diplomado in Gestión de proyectos at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
