Sylvain Chatagnon

Sylvain Chatagnon serves as Customer Escalation Manager at Jalios since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing critical customer situations, analyzing issues, facilitating collaboration across departments, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Previous roles at Jalios involved presales consulting and professional services management, focusing on the integration and training of the Jalios solution. Prior to that, Sylvain held a project manager position at FIDUCIAL, overseeing the implementation of Alfresco for a large organization. Experience also includes project management and development roles at Smile Open Source Solutions and Sword Group, with a background in integrating Open Source solutions and software development in Java and PHP. Sylvain holds an engineering degree in computer science from INSA Lyon and has studied at McMaster University.
