Hicham Jabranne, CPA, CMA, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hicham has held various positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise in financial planning and analysis, business modeling, sales compensation planning, and outsourcing division management.

Hicham started their career at CGI in 2004 as a Team Leader in the Outsourcing Division. In this role, they managed the outsourcing of accounting processes for GRAFTECH Group and was responsible for daily accounting operations, periodic closings, and producing financial statements.

In 2006, Hicham joined TATA Communications Ltd. (formerly known as VSNL) as a Finance Manager. Hicham played a crucial role in building and managing the global sales compensation plan in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, they provided ad hoc financial planning analysis to senior management and oversaw commission accounting, budgeting, and cash flows in multiple currencies.

In 2008, Hicham transitioned to ModelCom as a Consultant, specializing in business modeling. Hicham'sresponsibilities included conducting market assessments, performing sensitivity analysis, and developing financial projections. Hicham also managed systems integration, process improvement, and automated reporting, as well as created simulation scenarios for new investment projects.

Since 2010, Hicham has been working at Jam Industries Ltd as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, they oversee the financial planning and analysis activities of the company.
