Jocelyn Herbert

Jocelyn Herbert has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jocelyn currently works as an Ecommerce Coordinator at Jam Industries Ltd, where they collaborate with internal divisions to create product listings and ensure competitive pricing. Jocelyn is also responsible for implementing brand initiatives on Amazon.ca/Amazon.

Prior to this, Jocelyn worked at MAJDELL GROUP as an Amazon Lifestyle Content Creator & Social Media Manager. In this role, they created ad campaigns, managed ACOS and ROAS, and utilized various reporting tools to maximize brand visibility and revenue. Jocelyn also coordinated with brands to gather and create brand assets for enhanced product descriptions and managed the graphics and monthly maintenance of the Brand Store.

Jocelyn also has experience as a Web Manager & Social Media Specialist at Noble Packaging and as a Warehouse Associate at Reitmans Canada Ltée/Ltd. Jocelyn worked as a Graphic Designer & Photographer as a self-employed individual and gained hands-on experience as a Social Media & Design Intern at Codex Media.

In addition to their digital marketing roles, Jocelyn has also worked in the hospitality industry. Jocelyn was a Server at Town Crier Pub and a Banquet Server at Hotel X Toronto by Library Hotel Collection and Casa Loma. In these positions, they maintained high standards of guest service, efficiently set up and broke down events, and memorized the wines served at each event.

Starting their career as a Server and Barista at Sen5es Cafe, Jocelyn developed skills in serving and customer service.

Jocelyn Herbert's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Glendale High School and obtained their High School Diploma in the field of General Studies. Jocelyn then went on to pursue their interest in Graphic Design and attended Fanshawe College from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Photography and another degree in Web Design. Jocelyn continued their education at Humber College from 2019 to 2021, focusing on Advertising. In addition to their formal education, Jocelyn also obtained a certification in SEO from the University of California, Davis & Coursera in October 2020.
