Debra Crossley BSc, SHRM-SCP, CPHR is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources & Administration Manager at Canopy Insurance Limited since January 2022. Crossley has a diverse background that includes roles as a Human Resource Officer at The Jamaica Observer since 2014, and as Snr RRC Personnel at the Electoral Office Of Jamaica from 2002 to 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at the Central Information Technology Office and as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the Office of National Reconstruction. Crossley holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and has completed education programs at Villanova University and Instituto Mindset.
