Vaughn P. McDonald

Vaughn P. McDonald has extensive work experience in employee relations and industrial relations. Vaughn P. has worked at the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited since 1995, holding various positions such as Head of Industrial Relations & Compensation, HOD of Employee Relations, and Manager of Employee Relations. Prior to that, they worked as an Industrial Relations Officer and HR Assistant. Additionally, they have served as Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors at JPS & Partners Co-operative Credit Union from 2004 to 2011.

Vaughn P. McDonald received a Certificate in the Program on Negotiation and Leadership from Harvard Business School in 2017. Vaughn P. also completed their MBA at an undisclosed school from 2005 to 2008, and they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Leicester in 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained "Negotiating the Impossible" and "Program on Negotiation and Leadership" certifications from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2017. Additionally, they received the "Bullet Proof Manager" certification from the Centre for Leadership in 2015.
