Vaughn P. McDonald has extensive work experience in employee relations and industrial relations. Vaughn P. has worked at the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited since 1995, holding various positions such as Head of Industrial Relations & Compensation, HOD of Employee Relations, and Manager of Employee Relations.
