Minil Swarnkar started working as an Associate Process Analyst at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in July 2017. After working in this role for about nine months, they left in April 2018. Later, in January 2019, they joined The University of Texas at Arlington as a Technology & Marketing Analyst. Minil remained in this role until March 2021. Currently, since September 2021, they are working as a Program Manager at Jamboree Education Private Limited.
Minil Swarnkar attended Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2018 to 2020, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
