Luis G. Marconi

Luis G. Marconi is an accomplished business leader and Independent Board Director with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at American Outdoor Brands Inc. and OLEIFICIO ZUCCHI S.p.A., as well as Chairman of the Board for Mama Lycha Foods, Marconi is actively involved in governance and strategic oversight in various organizations. Previous roles include Group Vice President at Hormel Foods, where Marconi led the Grocery Products division, and Managing Director/President of MegaMex Foods. Marconi's expertise spans marketing, innovation, and strategic management, supported by an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Universidad ICESI and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
