Tyler Morton

Tyler Morton is an experienced bartender with a diverse background in the beverage industry. Currently serving as a bartender at Wildhawk within The PlumpJack Group since April 2021, Tyler specializes in classic cocktails with a modern twist, focusing on a distinctive vermouth program. Previous roles include bartending at MONKS KETTLE, known for its acclaimed beer selections, and serving as lead bartender at Old Devil Moon, where craft beers and handcrafted cocktails were highlighted. Tyler's career began at Four Peaks Brewing Co., Arizona's largest brewery, and has included significant management positions such as Assistant General Manager and Beer Buyer at Mikkeller Bar. Tyler also contributed to environmental efforts as a volunteer with the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. Tyler's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainability from Arizona State University.
