Mitch Parris

Mitch Parris is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background in heavy civil projects and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Gunter Construction Company since September 2019, Mitch has previously held the position of Project Manager III at James Construction Group, LLC, where responsibilities included revitalizing complex, distressed projects. Earlier career experiences include serving as Project Manager at R.L. Persons Construction Company, Inc., managing subcontractors for government projects, and as President/CEO of PR Developers, Inc., where Mitch founded the company and led 45 employees. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and graduate studies in Transportation from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
