Leander Amadee Herrmann

Leander Amadee Herrmann is a seasoned professional in HR and talent development, currently serving as Managing Director at James Consulting since October 2022, and has progressed through the ranks as Senior Consultant and Junior Consultant. With analytical experience as an Analyst Working Student at Founders Launchpad and internships at AHG Lab and Founders Launchpad, Leander has cultivated expertise in startup incubation and venture capital. Leander holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, which is ongoing, and has participated in an exchange semester at Ateneo de Manila University. Leander completed secondary education with a High School Diploma from Friedrich-List-Schule Wiesbaden.
