Andrea Wilson

Andrea Wilson is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in transformation and change management. Currently serving as the Transformation Communications Manager at James Fisher and Sons plc since June 2023, Andrea has previously held senior roles, including Senior Consultant at scarlettabbott, Change Communications Consultant at Ideal Health, and Communications and Change Manager at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust. Notably, Andrea was the Head of Transformation Communications and Planning, as well as Head of Internal Communications at The Co-operative Group from 2011 to 2019. Andrea's early experience includes serving as Head of Internal Communications at The Co-operative Banking Group. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Leeds.
