Chase McDaniel

Chase McDaniel is an experienced engineering professional with a background in production management and new product introduction. Currently serving as Production Manager and New Product Introduction Engineer II at James Hardie since July 2020, Chase leads cost reduction initiatives across global product lines and ensures successful production trials. Prior experience includes managing CapEx projects to enhance operational efficiency at James Hardie and serving as Technical Team Lead at UTDesign, where a proprietary pharmaceutical packaging solution was developed. Chase also worked as a Leasing Specialist at Balfour Beatty Communities, enhancing resident retention and satisfaction, and completed an internship at Gerdau North America, focusing on operational improvements. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas.
