Gisela Herrera, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR systems management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst at James Hardie since April 2024, Gisela previously held the position of SR HRIS Analyst at Planet Pharma from February 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing and maintaining data interfaces across HR systems and developing HR system tables efficiently. Gisela's career also includes a lengthy tenure at Weber-Stephen Products LLC, where roles ranged from HRIS Manager to Human Resources Associate. Gisela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Roosevelt University.
