Jan Sneessens

Jan Sneessens is an experienced manufacturing professional currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing for Germany at James Hardie since July 2013, overseeing the German manufacturing facilities. Previously, Jan held the position of OpEx Manager for Europe, where responsibilities included the implementation of a manufacturing excellence program across five European plants. Earlier roles at James Hardie included Production Manager, managing operations for three 24/7 production lines, and Process Improvement Engineer, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the fibre reinforced cement sheet manufacturing process. Jan also worked as a Process Improvement Engineer at Airbus from May 2011 to August 2012. Academic credentials include an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management obtained between 2017 and 2020, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from ECAM Rennes Engineering School, completed in 2012.
