Jennifer Warnock

Jennifer Warnock is an accomplished professional in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of People and Performance for APAC at James Hardie since November 2020, with previous interim responsibilities in the same role. Before this, Jennifer held the position of Head of People and Performance at James Hardie New Zealand Limited from July 2016 to November 2020. Jennifer's experience includes roles such as HR Manager for Qantas in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, as well as HR Manager and HR Advisor for Jetconnect. Earlier career highlights include working as a Human Resources Advisor at Laminex New Zealand, part of Fletcher Building Products Ltd. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Auckland University of Technology between 1995 and 1998.
