Melissa Alde

Melissa Alde has over 20 years of experience in marketing and management, currently serving as Head of Marketing and Country Officer-in-Charge at James Hardie Philippines Inc. since February 2006, where previous roles included Sales Manager for Residential, Marketing Manager, and Brand Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Product Manager at Abbott and Jr Brand Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, with early career experience as Assistant Account Manager at Ace Saatchi & Saatchi. Melissa Alde holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management and participated in an exchange program at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, in addition to a dual degree in BS Applied Economics and BS Commerce (Major in Marketing Management) from De La Salle University.
