Miljan Markovic

Miljan Markovic serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at James Hardie since January 2024. Prior to this role, Miljan held the position of World Class Manufacturing and Project Management Director at Tarkett Sports from March 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included crafting operational excellence strategies and leading safety, cost, and quality initiatives across manufacturing sites. Miljan’s previous experience at Tarkett involved leadership roles focused on World Class Manufacturing, project management, and team training within multiple factories in North America. Holding a Master of Engineering in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the University of Novi Sad, Miljan has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing production efficiency and safety throughout a diverse career in manufacturing.
