Pam Delaney

Pam Delaney has extensive experience in executive compensation and total rewards, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at James Hardie since June 2018. Previously, Pam held several roles within James Hardie, including Director of Total Rewards and Director of Executive Compensation. Prior to James Hardie, Pam worked at ITW as Manager of Executive Compensation, where responsibilities included managing compensation for Section 16 officers and leading the pay ratio project. Pam's experience also includes positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, OfficeMax, Hay Group, and Hewitt Associates, where roles spanned from managing executive compensation teams to consulting on compensation strategies. Pam holds an Associate of Arts degree from Montgomery College and has further education from the College of Lake County and DePaul University.
