Ross Parsonson

Ross Parsonson serves as the Learning and Development Team Leader for APAC at James Hardie since July 2019, overseeing a team focused on the HardieLift Capability Project aimed at enhancing workforce skills. Previous roles at James Hardie include Learning & Development Partner, responsible for Technical Training across APAC, and Technical Training Leader. Prior to James Hardie, Ross Parsonson held various positions at Wrigley Australia and New Zealand from August 2015 to July 2019, and at Kellogg Company from 2004 to 2015, including Operations Supervisor and Business Operations Associate. Ross Parsonson holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Griffith University and the University of South Australia, obtained between 2017 and 2022, along with additional training from Udemy Academy from 2018 to 2019.
