Russell Struble has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Russell started their career as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army from 1978 to 1987. Russell then worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Planning and Materials Manager at Texas Instruments, Precision Controls from 1986 to 1998. Following this, they served as an Operations Manager at Pollak, where they were responsible for a $30M/Yr automotive and truck and off-road business. In 2000, they joined Honeywell Sensing and Controls as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing operations generating $15M in annual revenue. From 2005 to 2010, they served as the General Manager for a privately owned linen rental company called Morgan Services, responsible for all business functions in the Boston location. Russell then became the Service Manager for the Connecticut and Massachusetts branches of New England Linen Supply from 2010 to 2012, where they rebuilt the service team and implemented a route book system. In 2013, they became an Independent Business Owner at ACN, and in 2014, they took on the role of Director of Business Operations at James L. Maher Center.

Russell Struble has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Russell also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, Management from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Honeywell Sensing & Controls in June 2003.
