Ramez Philip Abadir has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Ramez started their career in 1992 as an MEP manager at Contrack (international)-OCI Joint Venture, and concurrently served as a Construction Project Manager at Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) / Contrack International. In 2001, they joined Kharafi National as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the Burjuman Expansion Project with a contract value of 206 million AED. Ramez managed all aspects of the project, including personnel, staff, engineering, and procurement. From 2005 to 2006, Ramez worked as an Area Manager at Al Sabah Elctro-Mech. In 2006, they became a Partner - Director at Real Star Contracting LLC. Presently, they hold the position of Technical Manager at James L. Williams, a role they have been in since 2011.

Ramez Philip Abadir pursued their education at Ain Shams University. From 1972 to 1977, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Power. Later, they pursued a Master's degree from 1979 to 1981 in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology/Technician at the same university.
