Seema Ranjit has a strong background in estimation and project management within the field of electrical works. Seema started their career in 2006 at KINDEN CORPORATION, where they worked as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on tendering and estimation for various projects. During their time there, they were responsible for estimating electrical items, preparing bills of quantities, and managing supplier and subcontractor relationships.

In 2009, Seema joined Sitetech Electromechanical works as an Estimation Engineer, where they focused specifically on estimation for electrical works. Seema'sresponsibilities included managing pricing and quotation inquiries, as well as preparing material comparison tables.

In 2011, Seema moved on to Trojan General Contracting LLC, where they worked as a Senior Estimator (MEP). Seema'srole involved estimation for MEP electrical works, as well as closely studying tender terms and conditions.

Most recently, Seema joined James L Williams Middle East in 2013 as a Deputy Estimation Manager. In this position, they took ownership of MEP tenders, reviewing drawings and specifications and analyzing them. Seema also prepared tender documentation queries, studied contractual documents, and determined the scope of work and changes.
