Robert Havelka is currently working as an Associate Attorney at James, McElroy & Diehl, P.A. Prior to this, Robert gained experience in various legal roles including serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Virginia Court Of Appeals, a Judicial Research Fellow at the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, and an Intern at the North Carolina Innocence Inquiry Commission. Robert also has a background in freelance copywriting and editing. Robert completed a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Campbell University and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from Appalachian State University.
