Jen Briggs

Jen Briggs is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR and Partnerships at James' Places. Prior to this, Jen worked as an HR Manager at Blackpool Council and as an Employee Relations Advisor, handling various aspects of HR including training, recruitment, redundancy, and policy writing. Jen also has experience as an HR Assistant and as a Team Manager at Alliance Boots. Educationally, Jen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Central Lancashire, along with CIPD Level 7 qualifications from Lancaster University and Blackburn College.
