Emanuel Perez Ayala is an experienced operations and production manager with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at James Skinner Baking Company since January 2019, Emanuel has previously held key positions such as Production Manager at Protano's Bakery and Production Supervisor at Pan Pepin Inc. Emanuel's expertise includes supervising production teams, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing budgets, and optimizing processes. With a Master's degree in Management - Sustainability from New England College and a Bachelor's of Science in Horticulture from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, Emanuel brings a strong educational foundation to professional endeavors.
