Cynthia Hicks-Leeper

Cynthia Hicks-Leeper is an experienced transportation professional with a diverse background in school bus operations and security management. Currently serving as a Substitute Bus Driver for Jamestown Public Schools since May 2022, Cynthia has held various roles including Bus Aide and School Bus Driver at Durham School Services and Sivel Transportation, respectively. Previous experience includes working as a Driver Trainer for Baltimore City Public Schools, where safety programs were developed and implemented for school transportation. Cynthia's tenure in management spans roles such as Operations Manager at International Services Incorporated and Lead Driver/Fleet Manager at Knowledge Beginnings. An educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Everest College-Phoenix, along with musical studies at Morgan State University and Frederick Douglass High School.
