Sai Gollapudi has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety management, currently serving as the Quality and Systems Manager at Jamestrong Packaging since September 2007. In this role, responsibilities include managing non-conformances, customer liaison, process improvement, and overseeing the HACCP Food Safety System. Prior to this position, Sai worked as a Quality Coordinator and Food Safety Auditor at Paradise Biscuits from January 2005 to August 2007, where key contributions involved technical support during the installation of an automated packaging line. Previously, Sai was the Quality Manager at Campbell Arnotts from May 2002 to November 2004, playing a vital role in implementing Codex HACCP for various product lines. Sai holds an M.Sc in Food and Drugs from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry from Osmania University.
