Pierre-Jean Vial is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Jamf since June 2019. In this role, Pierre-Jean leads a team focused on onboarding and product adoption for SMB customers in the EMEIA region, while also contributing to cross-functional projects and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
