Adriana (Adi) Blanco has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and human resources. Adriana (Adi) started their career as a Customer Service Agent at Diagnostico Maipu por Imagenes S.A. in 2013 and then moved on to become a Customer Service Team Lead at EAP LatinA in 2015. In 2017, they transitioned into a Human Resources Lead role at Biomille. Adriana (Adi) then worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist at DelfosHR in 2019 and later became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fortra in the same year.
