Senior Customer Success at Jampp

Betina Guedes began their work experience in 2017 as an Estagiária de projetos at Geopixel - Soluções em Geotecnologias e TI. During this role, they were responsible for analyzing, correcting, and quality control of eucalyptus seedlings using software such as TerraView® and ArcGIS, as well as RPAS images. Betina also updated property registration for municipal governments using satellite imagery and ArcGIS software.

In 2019, Betina joined Arcadis as an Assistant, where they supported various tasks within the company. Betina then progressed to the role of Junior Analyst, where they focused on data analysis, processing, data visualization, and the implementation of digital solutions. Specifically, they worked on environmental projects related to monitoring and remediation of contaminated areas.

Betina's most recent work experience is with Jampp, where they joined in 2021 as a Customer Success professional. In this role, their responsibilities include managing and optimizing mobile marketing campaigns for customers, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Betina brings an analytical mindset, commercial drive, and strategic acumen to build and strengthen long-term business partnerships.

Betina Guedes has a diverse education history with a focus on communication, consumer practices, environmental engineering, art, architecture, and public policy. Betina earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho between 2014 and 2018. In 2019, they pursued a specific discipline in Public Policy Management as a special student at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

Betina's interest in the arts led their to complete a series of short courses. In 2020, they undertook a course in Architecture and Urbanism at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo. The following year, they engaged in a course on Art and Art History at the Museu de arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand (MASP).

In 2023, Betina enrolled in ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing for a Master's degree in Communication and Consumer Practices, which they completed in 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Betina obtained an AppsFlyer Essentials Certificate from AppsFlyer in July 2022, indicating their proficiency in the field.
