Isabella Herrera Montejano has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Isabella began their career at Centro de Integración Incluyendo, where they worked as an Acompañante Terapéutico, providing support to students with cognitive and emotional disabilities. In this role, they facilitated educational and recreational activities and fostered social connections among the students.

Isabella then joined CISV International as a member of the Human Resources Committee. Prior to their current role, Isabella held positions at Jampp as a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst and a Talent Acquisition Analyst. In these roles, they oversaw the full cycle hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, and implemented sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
