Javier Fernández

Javier Fernández has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Javier is currently working as a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at Jampp since July 2022. Before that, from December 2021 to July 2022, they were a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at Foxbox Digital. Javier also held the role of Tech Talent Acquisition Lead at Foxbox Digital from July 2021 to December 2021.

Prior to their roles at Foxbox Digital, Javier worked at Naranja X from October 2020 to July 2021, where they held the position of Senior Tech Talent Attraction in Talent Acquisition. Their responsibilities included executive searches for tech and digital managers, as well as designing recruitment strategies and practices for talent attraction. Javier was also involved in various initiatives such as the annual hiring plan, referral program, and Tech Academies.

Before Naranja X, Javier worked at LafargeHolcim from July 2016 to February 2018 as a Talent & Development Analyst. Javier gained experience in talent management and development during their time there.

Prior to that, Javier worked at Martin Poncio from July 2015 to January 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Assistant. Javier supported the team of recruiters in understanding client needs, publishing job postings, conducting interviews, and preparing candidate profiles.

In 2013, Javier had international work experience as part of the Working Holiday program in New Zealand.

Earlier in their career, Javier worked as a Human Resources Assistant at CorbisStudio from March 2013 to November 2013, where they gained initial experience in HR processes and support.

Overall, Javier Fernández has a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in executive searches, talent attraction strategies, and team-building. Javier has also gained experience in talent management and development during their career.

Javier Fernández's education history began in 2011 when they enrolled in Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' where they pursued a degree in Human Resources. Javier completed their studies in 2016.

In 2019, Javier attended CEOP Centro de Entrenamiento Ontológico y Profesional (CEOP) to become a Professional Ontological Coach in the field of Human Resources. Javier obtained this certification in December 2019.

Continuing their education in Human Resources, Javier obtained a certificate in Enneagram - Level II from Roberto Pérez - Enneagram in 2020.

During the same year, they also received an English - Level 3 Certificate from GAPs Languages. Additionally, Javier obtained a certificate in Enneagram - Level I from Bruno Rova - Enneagram.

In 2019, Javier participated in IT Talent Acquisition Training at CIMA - Talent Management, completing the program in that year.

Javier has obtained additional certifications including English - Level 4 from GAP's Lenguage in December 2020, Enneagram - Level II from Roberto Pérez in December 2020, Professional Ontological Coach from CEOP Centro de Entrenamiento Ontológico y Profesional in December 2019, and IT Talent Acquisition Training from CIMA Gestion de Talentos in August 2019.
